When you purchase a JURA Machine, you not only enjoy a better quality coffee, but also a JURA care assurance for servicing of your machine at our state-of-the-art JURA Hospitality Center. We take servicing of JURA Espresso Coffee machines very serious and apply servicing principles provided and installed by the manufacturer JURA Switzerland. A highly modern Service Center with proper tools and equipment allows us to perform a perfect service. This Service bases on the following:
- THE JURA ANIMATION SYSTEM
Software provided by the Manufacturer to diagnose and test the machine. Data are collected world-wide for statistical purpose. All servicing frequencies are recorded and analysed. This ensures a constant monitoring of quality issues which are used as a base for improvement of the product. During the Diagnostic these improvements are downloaded into your machine in Form of a Software update.
- ORIGINAL JURA CLEANING SYSTEM
A Descaling and Cleaning Station allows automatic cleaning and descaling of the machine. A hot cleaning bath allows us to remove coffee residual from the drip tray and other parts of the machine.
- GENUING JURA SPARE PART STOCK
We maintain a large stock on original JURA Spare Parts, anytime ready to repair your machine. For older Models we shall include your spare part in our weekly shipment.
- CLOUD OPERATED SERVICE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Every Servicing is fully recorded with Customer reported fault, actual fault and a list of all Spare parts used. This allows us to retrieve any previous servicing done as a full Repair History.
- IN-HOUSE SERVICING
All JURA Machines which shows any defect or fault, must come in to our Hospitality Center for a full Diagnostic and Service and / or Repair.

If you purchased the machine overseas, we do repair machines of 230V Versions which are under International Warranty. Proof of purchase will be required.
If your machine needs service after Warranty, we offer a range of Service Models to get your machine back just as when it was new.
