OUR WARRANTY PROMISE
We, RICMAS promise every WMF Coffee Machine customer to rectify any problem with your machine during warranty, which is deemed to have been with the machine already upon purchase, for a period of 12 months of the Invoice date.
All Warranty works is executed on site and includes labour as well as parts free of charge.
Warranty works on a machine does not reset or prolong the original Warranty.
We do not issue any Warranty Card, but do keep an electronic record of every machine sold. Upon request we shall supply you with a copy of the record.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY
Any problem arising from operation which was not with the machine already when it was purchased or any of the below mentioned points are not covered under Warranty and service charges will apply for rectification.
- If you do not use the machine, or do not follow the cleaning instructions in accordance what is printed in the Operator's Manual.
- Any attempt to open or repair the Machine by non-authorized personnel.
- If you use the machine on a power supply other than stated on the Rating Label by applying Transformers, Voltage Regulators or any other measure to make the machine work.
- Normal Wear & Tear of moving parts inclusive of O-Rings and Seals.
- Clogged Grinders due to non-suitable coffee beans or not properly handled beans even if the beans are purchased from RICMAS.
- Removal of foreign parts in the grinder.
- Cleaning of Harden Milk in Frothers, Milk Tubes or discoloured milk Hoses.
- Scratches on decorative Parts like Drip Tray or the Casing.
- Broken decorative parts.
- Non Cleaning or using Cleaning Materials other than original WMF Cleaning Material.
WARRANTY ON WMF ACCESSORIES
Should any Accessory fail during warranty period, our technical department shall then decide to repair or exchange the Appliance. The customer has no right to request for an exchange.
If damages are obviously due to mishandling or not following the instruction manual, no Warranty shall apply. Any Warranty works on an Accessory does not reset or prolong the original Warranty.
