If Help is needed

MACHINE BREAKDOWN
In case your machine breaks down or malfunction, you can request for an Ad-hoc Repair on site. Re-programming of the Machine due to Cup Size change, change of Coffee Beans or Milk Quality, we will treat as an Ad-hoc Service.

CHARGES FOR AD-HOC SERVICING (DURING WORKING HOURS)
An Ad-hoc Service is charged at SGD 200.00 per incident during normal working hours from Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30. Spare Parts and Use-up Materials are charged separately.

CHARGES FOR AD-HOC SERVICING (DURING OFF-WORKING HOURS)
Ad hoc service performed during off working hours (Monday to Friday from 17:30 to 22:00, Weekend and Public Holidays from 08:30 to 22:00) is charged at SGD 250.00 per incident. Spare parts and use-up materials used during a repair are charged separately.
In case additional visits become necessary, due to whatever reason, we shall only charge the Fee once.

RELOCATION OF MACHINES
If you need to relocate your machine, we shall perform the disconnection and re-connection of the machine at the new place. We do not perform any plumbing or electrical works to install the machine, but merely connecting the machine. Full technical requirements to connect a machine to Water, Electricity and Drainage will be provided.
If the new location is within the same building and disconnection and re-connection can be done within one visit, one Ad-hoc service is chargeable at SGD 200.00. If the new location of the machine is in a different building, or the relocation cannot be done within one visit, two Ad-hoc servicing shall apply at SGD 200.00 each.
We do not perform physical movement of the machine and the shifting the Machine is done on the customer's own account. We also do not store Machines in case the time between dismantling and installation is of a longer span.

OVERHAUL OF WMF MACHINES
If a machine has reached a certain age or needs to be brought back to our workshop for repair/overhaul, we shall provide you with a quotation which bases on the model and the age of the machine.

SERVICING OF MACHINES IN RESTRICTED AREAS
A restricted Area is a place where a special Entry Pass is required to access the Area.
Servicing of machines in restricted areas or on board of a ship are charged per man-hour at SGD 150.00/h and Man. Spare parts and use-up materials used during a repair are charged separately.
If such Servicing have to be performed during off-hours, public holidays or weekends the charges are SGD 200.00/h and Man.
