1. SERVICING OF WMF COFFEE MACHINES NOT UNDER WARRANTY AND UNDER NO SERVICE AGREEMENT
 

As Commercial Coffee machines cannot be carried that easily and, unless it is a complete overhaul, servicing shall always be performed on site.
We shall have the following options for customers to choose from:

 
 
1.1. On-Site Service (Fee: S$ 120.00 + GST)
 

We conduct servicing at the customer place and the fee charged shall be for transport and labor. The fee is independent of time spent and also shall cover an eventual second visit if required due to parts requirements. Spare Parts will be billed separately.

 
 
1.2. Collect - Return Servicing for overhaul (Fee: S$ 300.00 + GST)
 

If a machine needs a complete overhaul it might not be possible to do the service on site. In these cases we shall bring the machine back to our workshop for repair / overhaul. The fee includes transportation and repair works, but is exclusive of parts used during the repair

 
 
1.3. Service in restricted Areas (Fee: S$ 200.00 + GST)
 

If the servicing has to be carried out at a restricted area, the cost of servicing is at S$ 200.00 due to prolonged time required and the handling of passes. A restricted area is a place where there is no access for the public and the entry is subjected to a pass. All costs involved in obtaining a pass are at the customer's expenses.

 
 
1.4. Service on board of a ship in Singapore port
 

If service is required on board of a ship, we charge on a hourly base of S$ 100.00  per man-hour. The time will start when the technical support arrives at the gate to the port and ends when he is leaving the ship. Parts are billed separately. Services with Cruise Liners who do not have an account with us shall be strictly on Cash.

 
 
1.5. Reaction Time for machines under no Service Agreement
 

We have the follwong reaction time for ad-hoc calls from machine owners who do not sign any Agreement with us:

2. SERVICING OF MACHINES UNDER SERVICE AGREEMENT
 

It is always recommended to sign a Service Agreement with us for an optimal performance and minimal down-time of the machine. Cost and reaction time shall be regulated under the Service Agreement.
