The Traditional line of Espresso coffees are made of mostly African Robusta and of a small percentage of Arabica Brazil. Its flavour is intense due to the Robusta and the Arabica lends the coffee a hint of chocolate. The Espresso series has slightly more Arabica in it and the Gold series has the Robusta and Arabica bean equally divided. The ideal Espresso Coffee for short Espressi and cappuccinos as well as Latte and Latte Macchiato.
